Svesni smo da smo pod stalnim uticajem stresa, ali da li znamo da se od njega odbranimo i da ne sagorimo na poslu?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faktori koji uti\u010du na stres mogu biti mnogobrojni, a mi smo izdvojili i razmatrali odnose: strah i stres, la\u017e i stres, prilago\u0111avanje li\u010dnog postupanja u kolektivno i stres, iluzije i stres, vrednosti i stres, kao i profesionalno obavljanje posla i stres. Ponudili smo vam tehnike i preporuke za odbranu od stresa podsti\u010du\u0107i vas da se samoprocenjujete u odnosu na date opise i razmislite u kolikoj meri vam drugi stvaraju, a koliko vi sami sebi stvarate stres.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Naziv za sindrom sagorevanja, na engleskom burnout, poti\u010de od re\u010di: burn \u2013 goreti, burnout \u2013 sagoreti.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na osnovu opisa vrsta umora, reakcija i faza sagorevanja u mogu\u0107nosti ste da samoprocenite svoj umor i fazu sagorelosti na poslu. Da bismo bili jo\u0161 precizniji, izradili smo skalu procene sagorevanja na poslu na osnovu koje mo\u017eete dobiti rezultate o nivou svoje sagorelosti.
