These include the name and surname of the person placing the order, address (street and number, postal code, and city), and mobile phone number, and they are used exclusively in connection with the ordered product. The mentioned data is strictly protected and is only available to employees of PROVENS.<\/p>\r\n<p>PROVENS is legally obliged to handle the collected personal data of users in accordance with the conditions stated in the Personal Data Protection Law and the GDPR.<\/p>\r\n<p>In accordance with the regulations, the mentioned data cannot be shared, forwarded, or traded in any way (completely or partially). Complete user data is stored on servers protected from unauthorized access, and email addresses are stored within the MailChimp system, which has adjusted its operations to GDPR regulations.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>OTHER DATA<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>PROVENS has the right to collect non-personal identification data about the User at any time during their interaction with the Website. Non-personal identification data may include the name of the browser, the type of computer, and technical information about the User's means of connection to our Website, such as the operating system, the Internet service provider used, and other similar information.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>DATA SHARING AND COOKIE NOTICE<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"translation-block\">For the purpose of analyzing its traffic, the Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses cookies\u2014small text files stored on the user's computer, which allow us to analyze how users access the Website. The information collected in this way about your use of the Website (including your IP address, but \u00a0<strong>without your personal data<\/strong>) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers located in the USA.
